Tacti-cool cops is committed to changing the way that we approach our jobs. Many of us are suffering from the many years of negativity imposed on our profession. It's time to reset and approach this job differently. The ultimate goal is that cops will be perceived as the daily hero's they are, and the public sees them as legitimate, all while being tactically safe. Balancing the two has been difficult over the past few years, with tacti-cool cops tenants, I believe we can be fulfilled in this profession again.
